Web Administrator

Job Title: Web Administrator (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website(s) to ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience.
• Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to inform site enhancements and optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to gather and analyze website requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for website architecture, design decisions, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and usability of the website.
• Conduct regular website testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and effective functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the website, including updates and enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve website performance and efficiency.
• Train and support team members on website features and functionalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
• Strong understanding of web hosting, domain management, and database management (e.g., MySQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
